Let's Activate Citizens Youth
Citizens Youth is officially kicking off the year with a fun social event at Activate South Edmonton on Friday, September 11, from 6:30–8:30 p.m.!
All students in Grades 7–12 are invited to enjoy an evening of interactive games, friendly competition and an opportunity to meet our youth leaders and connect with other students. The cost is $25 per student, and registration and payment must be completed through the Citizens Church app or online by Thursday, September 10, at 11:59 p.m. Parents are welcome to stay, meet the leadership team and put names to faces. Band of Brothers Character Studies For Men Of Faith
Beginning Wednesday, September 16 from 7:00–9:00 PM, we’ll gather every other week for biblical character studies, honest conversation, and practical teaching focused on applying godly principles to everyday life. Our desire is to become men who stand firm in their faith and lead well within our families, our church, and our communities.
We’ll kick things off in 1 Kings with the life of Elijah, exploring a powerful story filled with God’s provision, confrontation, courage, fire, struggle, and even mental health and discovering what his life can teach us about following God faithfully today.
Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for years or simply want to grow alongside other men, you’re invited to join us.
Please register ahead of time to help us know how many men to plan for.

Seasoned Citizens
The Seasoned Citizens Group (50+ yrs) will resume their Bible Study once again starting with a Dinner at the church!!
Mark your calendars for Friday September 18th at 6:30pm! We will enjoy a yummy (and free!) Pulled Pork Dinner, a message from Pastor Pete and great fellowship time. Kel Kreller will share the study plans for this coming year. We look forward to connecting once again as we gather in the Word! Citizens Youth Retreat
September 18–20, we’ll be heading to Camp Caroline for our annual youth retreat. This year’s theme is "RESTORED".
We’ll be leaving Citizens Church at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 18, and plan to return around 2:30 PM on Sunday, September 20. The cost is $180 per student, and all retreat details and registration information can be found on the "RESTORED" registration page.
We’re looking forward to seeing what God continues to do in the lives of our students and how He continues to grow His ministry.

Regarded Women
Hi Ladies!
Please mark your calendars for our Bible Study kickoff taking place Wednesday September 23 at 7pm. Join us for a night of flowers and fare. Please bring one small bouquet of flowers, a vessel to arrange your flowers in, and scissors for cutting. Church will provide refreshments. Worship & workbooks distribution will also take place this evening. We to the fellowship and flowers! See you there!

Foundation of the Faith
Whether you’re new to following Jesus or simply want to strengthen your understanding of the Christian faith, Foundations of Faith is a welcoming place to learn, ask questions, and grow.
Hosted by Shane and Teresa, this 8-lesson evening group will walk through the foundational beliefs and practices of the Christian faith in a relaxed, approachable setting. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of how long you’ve been following Jesus.
The group is planning to begin Sunday, September 13, and all materials will be provided.
Please register below to let us know you’re interested. Registration will help us plan the best space for the group based on the number of people attending. Additional details about the meeting location awill be shared with those who register.
