 As it says in Acts 2:42, “And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” That’s our heart as a church, to be a community devoted to God’s Word, to one another, and to living out the gospel in every area of life.

Some Dates You Might Want to Note

Youth Social Night
Friday July 17 at 6:30PM
Students in Grades 7–12 are invited to join us for a fun evening of games, snacks and time together. This is a great opportunity to connect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy community throughout the summer. We hope to see you there!
We’ll be meeting at Jackie Parker Park. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the social night will be moved to the church. Josh Wong will communicate any location changes directly with parents.

Scar Force
As our VBS team prepares for the upcoming Vacation Bible School on JULY 20-24 at 6-8 PM here at Citizens Church, we would greatly appreciate your prayers for:
- The salvation of every child.
- Hearts that are receptive to the work of the Holy Spirit.
- A growing hunger for God's Word.
- Unity, strength, wisdom, guidance, and good health for all volunteers.
- Safety and protection for everyone during VBS.
The team is also looking for the following items for games:
- 20 ball pit balls
- 16 used 2-liter pop bottles
If you have any of these items and are willing to lend or donate them, we would be very grateful.

Baking Ministry

Friday July 31 at 6:00PM
Join us this summer as we gather to connect over creativity! Bring whatever craft you enjoy and a cup of something warm to sip on as we connect as women this summer. No childcare is provided. All are welcome. Please invite a friend

Regarded Women
Rooted & Raised in Christ
Get into God’s Word with Regarded Women this fall! We can’t wait to study Ephesians & Colossians with you ladies, as we learn what it means to be Rooted & Raised in Christ. This will be Year 1 of a two-part study, with the second year being Galatians & Philippians. Bible study will continue to meet on alternating Wednesday evenings. Stay tuned for more details regarding workbook costs and opportunities to serve. Kendra will be at the Welcome Table this weekend if you have questions. Registration will begin in August.

Worship through giving. As Scripture reminds us: “Each one must give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”  2 Corinthians 9:7. Your generosity helps advance the mission of God in His Church.
